For Dealers - How to become a Reseller / Dealer?

Introduction

This document reviews the steps required to sign up a company as a Registered Reseller / Dealer.

Prerequisites

  • The company must have a valid tax ID
    • For the US dealers, a FEIN is required
      • If located in New York, the company also needs to have a valid New York State tax ID available
    • For European dealer, a EU VAT ID number or TIN is required, and must be verifiable here: http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/
    • For other dealers, the tax ID issued by the local import authority is required.  This will help us expedite your shipment
  • The company must principally be in the business of
    • AV Consultant
    • Electronics Resale
    • Electronic Systems Contractor / Integrator
    • Or, other affiliated businesses
  •  Minimum buy-in / opening order may apply, depending on the product line sought

Procedure

    • Be sure to:
      • Use the same email address as the newly created account
      • Include the company's Tax ID number
      • Include the product(s) the company is primarily interested in, so that we can route you to the proper party
      • Include the best contact phone number for us to reach the company, if additional info is required 

  • In 24-48 business hours, an email response will be sent.
    • ALL applications are promptly processed and responded to within 24-48 hours
    • If a response is not received, check the email spam / junk folders, or feel free to contact us directly to confirm receipt of the company application request.
